MGE滑板的性能:

5、耐磨损、耐腐蚀，比磨损率为107mgNm,较其它非金属材料提高了一个数量级，使用寿命大大提高。在电场、化学场、力场及酸、碱、盐介质条件下不腐蚀、不溶胀；
6、不剥落、抗剪能力强；
7、吸水率极低、尺寸稳定性好。
MGE板的用途:
1.大型重载、有腐独不易加油或重大型水利工程项目的工况。如弧门支铰轴承,大载荷滑轮轴承、止推轴承、关节轴承、滑板、闸门滑块、人字门支撑轴承、水轮机导叶轴承等。
2.用于一些大中型载荷的轴承、滑板或滑块、止推环等。
3.用于坞门承压垫、MGE轴套桥墩防撞板、材料摩擦系数低，动静摩擦系数相近，可用于平移大型重物的滑板。
4.用于钢丝绳铰轮、托辊、齿轮、定位轮、行走轮等。
