由于木质围栏,铁质网状围栏或是用砖块堆砌而成的围墙存在很多的不安全因素。木质围栏在使用过程中雨水或场内部湿度的原因,时间久了会使围栏变形,铁质网状围栏成本低,但效果不好,易腐蚀,砖块的在施工方便工序又特别的麻烦,而且易松动掉落,安全系数低等。所以我们利用超高分子量聚乙烯板的优良特性 研制生产出新型的冰球场围栏-高分子聚乙烯冰球场围栏。冰球场地四周围以高1.15米~1.22米聚乙烯材质制成的牢固界墙。除场地正式标记外,全部冰面和界墙内壁应为白色。它具有重量轻、抗冲击、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、抗紫外线、耐老化、摩擦系数小、无毒性、无污染、不易沾附异物、能吸收震动冲击和防噪声等优良性能。
冰球场围栏采用超高分子量聚乙烯材质,其主要优点有:
1、耐磨损 能居塑料之首,且分子量越大,材料的耐磨性能和抗冲击性能越高;
2、它的冲击强度是现有塑料中的较高值,即使在-70度时仍有相当高的冲击强度;
3、良好的自润滑性能;
4、吸水率极低。因此,其物理机械性能能与使用的工作条件中的湿度因素无关;
5、化学 稳定,在一定的温度,浓度范围内能耐酸、碱、盐等各种腐蚀介质及有机溶剂的腐蚀;
6、无味、无毒、无嗅,本身无腐蚀 ,具有生理循环性和生理适应性 ;
7、不粘附性 。
